HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER? 

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. This excludes weekends and major holidays! If you order on a major holiday sale, it may take more than 2-3 days for your order to process! We are also still in a pandemic! Please be patient on receiving your order! We make every effort to fulfill orders in a timely manner. 

Q. What is your refund/exchange policy?

A. NO REFUNDS. If there is an issue with your order, feel free to email. If it is an error on Nurae' The Lash Company part, we will be sure to correct it! NO EXCHANGES!

Q. My order says it is in transit. Where is it?

A. Once your package has been shipped out, it is no longer in our possession! Please direct tracking questions to USPS or the CARRIER who is in possession of your package. We see the same tracking information that our customers see. We do not work with USPS or any other CARRIER that delivers packages.

Q. I received my order and my package is damaged what do I do?

A. All priority packages come with insurance. You can call the post office and file a claim to get your money back. We are not responsible for the post office man handling our packages. Q. My order says it's being returned back to you.. what does that mean/what do I do?

A. If for any reason your order is shipped back to us, we will refund the item! NOT SHIPPING! shipping has already been paid for when we print out the label! This includes if YOU accidently put the wrong address or was not home to receive the package !!!

Q. Do you offer samples?

A. No. If you want to test out lashes you can purchase lashes at regular price. This ALSO APPLIES FOR LASH GLUE AND EYE LINER.

Q. When do you restock products?

A. It depends on the item, all updates are posted on my business instagram, @nuraethelashcompany

A. Yes we ship every where!

Q. Where are you located?

A. Atlanta, Georgia

Q. Do you do meet ups/ pick ups?

A. NO, Everything is done online! If you live in the Atlanta area your shipping should only take 1 day if it is priority.

Q. I ordered lashes and some are not the same why is that?

A. All our lashes are handmade by different people. They will not look 100% identical.
